HD-SDI BNC Plugs

A range of Precision HD-SDI BNC Plugs designed specifically for Broadcast applications, meeting the requirements of the Serial digital Interface (SDI 270Mbs SMPTE 259M) and the related High Definition Serial digital Interfaces (HD-SDI 1.485Gbs SMPTE292M and 3G-SDI 2.97Gbs SMPTE424M) specifications. 

Our Precision HD-SDI BNC plugs offer a True 75 Ohm impedance and have been tested with a selection of Belden and Image type cables giving excellent VSWR and return loss figures. These BNC plugs are suitable for all 3 GHz SDI and HD-SDI applications as well as the newer 6GHz-SDI and 12GHz-SDI requirements. They are available to suit a wide range of SDI and HD-SDI cables including Belden 179DT, Belden 1855, Belden 1505, Belden 1694 and similar cables by other cable manufacturers.

From our Cable assembly facility in Harlow, Essex we also offer pre terminated patch leads and a bespoke cable assembly service for our Precision BNC plugs.
